Research Abstract |
Single-cell RNA-seq is powerful tool to detect gene expression heterogeneity in various developmental processes. Ideal single-cell RNA-seq represents high-throughput performance with high-quantitative performance. In this program, I assessed and developed high-throughput single-cell RNA-seq method based on Quartz-Seq.
