Research Abstract |
肝癌の新規診断と創薬の研究を行った。新規診断では、カスタムチップおよび定量的PCR による肝切除後早期再発予測システムを開発した。タンパク診断では、肝癌の新たなマーカーとして3 種類(HSP70、PRX、Mn-SOD)の自己抗体を検出できた。創薬としては、ID2 遺伝子およびENO1 タンパクが標的になること、さらにはID2 発現がHDAC 阻害剤の分子マーカーとなることを発見した。
