| Outline of Research at the Start |
健康課題は多様かつ複雑化しており、優先順位を明確にした行政 施策の選択が必要である。しかし、先行研究では新たな保健活動と施策の創出に焦点が当たっており、保健活動のスクラップや優先順位づけに関する知見は蓄積されていない。本研究の目的は、保健活動のスクラップ＆ビルドを実現するための①多職種共有の判断基準と担当者、管理者としての保健師が②各々の機能を実行するために必要な技術から成るガイドラインを開発することである。このガイドラインによって、行政における合意形成が推進され、優先順位に基づく効果的な保健活動が展開できる。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, in order to continuously improve the quality of public health activities of administrative health nurses, a semi-structured individual interview survey was conducted with public health nurses with experience in improvement to identify public health nursing art for this purpose and factors that promote or hinder such improvement. Subsequently, a web-based questionnaire survey was administered to administrative public health nurses to identify individual and organizational factors and difficulties and innovations related to improving regular public health activities. The results of this survey were sent to the municipalities that cooperated in the study. The results are currently being submitted for publication in order to disseminate and redistribute them.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究は、既存の保健活動をより効果的・効率的なものに継続的に改善を図ることを推進するために、行政保健師による保健活動の改善の実態および、保健師個人と組織が実践に活用できる知見を得ることを目的とした。その結果、保健活動の改善を図るための保健師の技術および個人とチーム、組織の課題が明確になった。本結果は、限られた人材と予算を有効に活用し、健康課題や住民のニーズの変化に対応した保健活動の実践に寄与できる。
