Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、看護系大学における基礎教育、および大学病院の初年次教育におけるQOD教育の現状と課題を調査し、それらを踏まえて、VR教材を用いた教育プログラムを開発するものである。 VR教材は、三人称の視点で臨床場面を撮影し、ゲーム感覚を取り入れながら課題解決に向かう体験教材と、熟練看護職の看護技術を一人称の視点で撮影し、臨床判断を踏まえて思考する教材とし、4場面で構成する。作成したVR教材は、視聴中の視点分析を用いて評価修正しながら教育プログラムを作成する。看護師には人生の最終段階における支援が求められており、QODの知識と技術の向上は、豊かな看護観に基づいた患者支援につながることが期待できる。
