Research Abstract |
本研究では、極端な明暗差にも対応できる広ダイナミックレンジ特性と超高感度特性とを両立する次世代の撮像デバイスの実現を目的とし、相関多重サンプリングとノイズヒストグラムを用いた熱ノイズ及びRTS(Random Telegraph Signal)ノイズの低減等に関して研究を行ったものである。これらを試作撮像デバイスに適用し、ヒストグラムのメジアンで1.1電子という極めて低雑音の特性、ノイズヒストグラムやトランジスタの駆動電流スイッチングでRTSノイズが低減されることが初めて示された。
