    Research Abstract 1.ラットに抗うつ薬を長期間投与すると、大脳皮質膜アデニレートシクラーゼのアゴニストによる活性化が一部抑制されることを見出した。これはまずGTP結合蛋白質の機能低下が発現し、さらに受容体数の減少を伴うことが推定された。
