Outline of Annual Research Achievements	食道粘膜への胃酸や胆汁を含む胃食道逆流液曝露が種々の遺伝子変化を引き起こし、バレット食道のみならずバレット腺癌の発生においても重要な役割を果たしているものと考えられているが、その発症や癌化についての詳細なメカニズムはまだ明らかとなっていない。
