Outline of Final Research Achievements

Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas："Synergy of Fluctuation and Structure: Quest for Universal Laws in Non-Equilibrium Systems" strives to expand two major areas of non-equilibrium science; studies of non-equilibrium fluctuations and self-organizing structures. The committee for the international activities supported international joint researches between research groups in the team and foreign researchers, inviting foreign researchers, and hiring young researchers from abroad. The committee also supported international travels of Japanese researchers to advertise the research results of this research area.
