This study focused on the development of the integrated flow synthesis, in which plural reaction species act co-operatively. One flow synthesis of pristane was achieved by consecutive acid-catalyzed dehydration of allylic alcohols and Pd-catalyzed hydrogenation of alkenes. Single step synthesis of pristane and tranexamic acid were successfully carried out using the mixed column system, in which plural catalysts were packed in a one-column. A variety of reactions, such as, chlorination, radical reactions, photo-redox catalytic reactions, and so one, were effectively carried out using flow microreactors.
