Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have promoted the ALICE experiment at the CERN LHC in Switzerland, leading its upgrade programs on the main tracker, the forward tracker, and the data acquisition system. A new stage of measurements was achieved to cover the wide kinematic range with improved precision and statistics in its third data taking period from 2022. The QGP phase with deconfined quarks and gluons is created via relativistic heavy ion collisions, and behaviors of few body systems of quarks and dynamics of hadronization have been investigated. The semi hierarchal clusters bridging the quark and hadron layers have been studied via characteristic rare phenomena in the extreme conditions, such as change of strongly coupled quark pair condensate, flavor dependence of interactions between quarks, and generation of new forms of hadrons.
