We have achieved the following research results: a systematic analysis of cell morphodynamics in C. elegans early embryogenesis, quantification of changes in cytoplasmic texture associated with aging in C. elegans oocytes, global recommendations for bioimaging data format standards and data sharing systems, development of BD5, an open HDF5-based data format to represent quantitative biological dynamics data, development of NeuroGT, a brain atlas of neurogenic tagging CreER mouse drivers, development of PHi-C, a method for deciphering Hi-C data into polymer dynamics, implementation of BDML format output plug-in for Nikon Corporation's image analysis software, and development of a data platform for singularity biology.
