Outline of Annual Research Achievements

１．研究実績の概要 アルツハイマー型認知症やパーキンソン病を対象とし、臨床神経心理学の研究手法を用いて時間生成の解明を目指している。今年度は（A）アルツハイマー型認知症における脳血流と時間判断課題との関連、（B）コロナ感染後遺症における「時間」認知機能障害の検討、（C）時計失認症例の検討の3点について検討を行った。
２．現在までの進捗状況 以下３点の研究成果が得られており、研究は滞りなく進捗している。（A）以前、主観的な時間感覚が歪んでいるパーキンソン病患者にストップウォッチを用いたトレーニングを1か月課したところ、抑制機能や衝動性に改善が認められた。同様の傾向がコロナ感染後遺症においてもみられた。（B）楔前部病変と時間認知障害との関連を検討してきたが、左楔前部病変例で、典型的時計失認を呈した稀少症例を経験し、病態の詳細を検討することができた。（C）上記（A）（B）は時間認知について、大脳基底核などの皮質下と皮質の中での頭頂葉内側部（楔前部を中心とする）のネットワークの重要性が示唆される。
３．今後の研究の推進方策 最終年度にあたる令和5年度にはデータの収集のための予備期間と論文のリバイス期間として設けている。令和6年度には国際誌への投稿準備を整え、投稿する。さらに、第65回日本神経学会学術大会シンポジウム（2024年5月、東京）・第48回日本神経心理学会特別講演（2024年9月、京都）などで、現在までおよそ10年間の時間認知の神経心理学研究を整理して、研究成果を示し、会員に対して啓蒙する予定である
