Research Abstract |
In this project, we aimed to develop the way to control nano-spin-structures such as magnetic domain wall and magnetic vortex by spin-current, and obtained the following results : direct observation of resonant excitation of magnetic vortex by spin-transfer torque, switching of magnetic vortex core by a nano-second electric current pulse injection, electrical reading of bit data from vortex core memory.
