Research Abstract |
This inter-disciplinary project focused on the ‘marginal actors’ for regional powers such as Muslims in the regional powers, immigrants, particular families, or marginal countries such as Armenia, Iran, Pakistan, Sweden, and so on, by the researchers of different disciplines. This project tried to make it clear that how the minority in the regional powers has a sense of their own connection to the states, especially focusing the individuals in the regional powers. In this study duration, we hosted one big international symposium as well as 2 co-hosted international symposiums, 3 international meetings and 25 meetings and more. Besides, we published 60 articles regarding this research and in 2013 we are planning to publish a book on this theme. Thus, we could push out the frontier of the regional study by this collaborative project and we are sure that we could bring out a pretty good contribution in the field of inter-disciplinary study.
