本研究では、社会成員がたとえ社会的効率状態を望んでいたとしても、個人合理性や利己性ゆえに、社会的最適解に到達することができず局所解に収束してしまう社会状況が、個々人の身体感覚の共有によって乗り越えられるのかを、大規模行動実験と生体反応計測を伴う生態学的ライフロギング研究によって検証し、身体の情報が時空間を超えて流通する次世代情報通信環境における人間行動原理の解明に寄与しうる社会効用モデルを構築する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we investigated whether social situations in which individuals, despite desiring socially efficient outcomes, converge on locally optimal solutions due to individual rationality and self-interest, can be overcome through the sharing of bodily sensations. To examine this, we conducted large-scale behavioral experiments combined with physiological response measurements. The aim was to elucidate the principles of human behavior in next-generation information and communication environments where bodily information circulates beyond spatiotemporal boundaries, and to develop a new model that contributes to social welfare research in economics.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では、身体感覚の共有が社会的最適解への到達に与える影響を行動実験により検証した。オンライン環境では効果が限定的であった一方、触覚共有が可能な実験環境では協調行動の創発が示唆された。さらに、効率性と公平性を考慮した数理モデルを整備し、個人の深層的行動特性の推定手法を開発した。本成果は、身体性を含む次世代通信技術の社会実装や、倫理的かつ包摂的な意思決定の設計に貢献するものである。
