Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、組織傷害や感染に起因する炎症において、回復期に現れる修復的マクロファージと、それが発現する、死細胞やDAMPsの除去促進機能をもつ分泌型タンパク質AIMに注目することで、多臓器共通的な炎症性組織レジリエンスにおける修復的マクロファージの関与を明らかにする。そのために、脳、腎臓、肺、肝臓、腸等の多様な臓器における炎症性疾患を解析し、修復的マクロファージの存在の検証や、炎症抑制の分子メカニズムの解明を介して、臓器共通の炎症性組織レジリエンス機構の統合的理解を目指す。
