Outline of Research at the Start

A01「相互作用ループ脳モデル構築チーム」では、個体が世界と相互作用する実態を明らかにするために、環境情報を個体に内在化し、個体が環境に働きかける再帰的な相互作用の脳・世界モデルを構築し、大集団の脳画像データを用いてモデルの検証を行う。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

田中は、個体―世界の相互作用ループの個体脳のモデル構築を目指し、R3年度にブラッシュアップした個体脳モデルの3つのレベルのうちの①学習装置の検証用に開発済みのパラダイムを用いた実験を実施し、データ収集・解析を行った。具体的には、強化学習モデルのEligibility traceを予測誤差が正の時と負の時で異なるトーレス減衰係数を設定し、それを測定するための実験プロトコルを用いて、トーレス減衰係数が正と負で非対称な場合、強迫症で見られるような不安を解消する繰り返し行動を学習することをシミュレーションと実データから明らかにした。その結果を論文誌（Cell Reports）に発表した。松井は、個体ー世界の相互作用ループの進化の影響をゲーム理論を用いて明らかにするため、進化ゲーム理論および応用研究を発展させた。具体的には、村上愛を招へいし、当該研究を行った。村上による理論論文一篇をInternational Journal of Game Theoryに送り、Revise and Resubmitとなった。村上はウプサラ大学助教授の奥山陽子と協力して、経済・社会的変動に伴い、文化と制度がいかに進化していくのか、理論・実証的に分析した。松井はEmory大学のIn-Koo Choを訪れ、見た目の相違のみから差別が必然的に生じる動学モデルの構築を開始した。その結果、モデルのプロトタイプが完成した。中村は、Weight stigmaを評価するための質問紙の日本語版を作成した (Eating and Weight Disorders - Studies on Anorexia, Bulimia and Obesity)。fMRI実験と質問紙調査を組み合わせ、食物報酬に対する脳活動と社会心理的要因の関連を検討した。

Reason

田中はR3年度に確立した個体脳モデルと実験プロトコルを実験によって個体脳の基盤としてのセロトニンとの関係を明らかにするなど検証に成功した。また、3年目以降に実施するリスクに着目した個体ー世界の相互作用についても調査を開始した。松井は、村上による理論論文一篇がInternational Journal of Game TheoryにおいてRevise and Resubmitとなった。松井とIn-Koo Choは、見た目の相違のみから差別が必然的に生じる動学モデルの構築を開始し、モデルのプロトタイプが完成した。中村はR3年に指標として採用したThe Weight Self-Stigma Questionnaire (WSSQ) (Lillis et al. 2010) )の日本語版を作成し、論文化した。また、食物報酬に対する脳活動の計測プロトコルを決定し、fMRI実験を実行している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

田中は個体脳のモデル、世界側の要素を組み込む。具体的には、個体と世界の相互作用の要素を、個体脳のモデルに組み込み、実験によって検証を行う。リスクに着目した個体ー世界の相互作用についての調査を行い、個体ー世界のリスク特性と、個体脳モデルのパラメータの関係を調べる。松井はシグナリング・ゲームを発展させて、医学の発展に関する歴史研究を行う。そのため、村上を日本に招へいする。松井はChoを訪問し、見た目の相違のみから差別が必然的に生じる動学モデルの構築を行う。中村は社会心理的要因として、weight stigmaだけでなく、公的自意識も取り入れ、摂食行動や体格指数、食物報酬に関わる脳活動の関連を明らかにする。また、日本とその他の国で、公的自意識と摂食行動の関連に違いがあるかどうか、国際比較を検討する。
