Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ナノ流体デバイスのナノ空間で、人工材料のハイドロゲルとバイオ分子の酵素の相互作用を、様々なパラメーターを含めて組み合わせ探索する。さらに計算科学を駆使し酵素活性を最大限に活かせる。これにより、ナノスケールでの酵素活用法を見出し、超越分子システムを創製するプロセスの学理を構築する。従来の酵素の実用範囲を遥かに凌駕する超越酵素反応システムを実現させ、人類・地球を守る技術の開発を目指す。
