Outline of Research at the Start

精密高分子に高い親和性・特異性をもつペプチドをスクリーニングによって獲得し、精密高分子の親和性分子としての潜在性を明らかにする。相互作用を解析し、高親和性・特異性が発現される精密高分子とペプチドの組み合わせを多数見出し、精密高分子による生体分子認識について分子論的に明らかにすることで、精密高分子の医薬としての潜在性を最大限明らかにすることを目指す。さらに、得られるペプチド配列から、ペプチドのスクリーニング時には標的として用いた精密高分子が標的とすべき生体分子を明らかにし、医薬としての可能性を評価する。
