Outline of Research at the Start

特定の安定な構造を持たない天然変性タンパク質が、溶液環境に応答して自己凝縮し、神経変性疾患などに関係するさまざまば細胞内構造体を形成することがわかってきた。しかし先行研究の大半は、試験管内の実験のみに基づき、実際に生きた細胞内で何がおこっているかは未解明である。そこで本研究提案では、生きた細胞内のさまざまな環境要因が自己凝縮過程に与える影響を、生きた細胞内で直接検証する。
