Outline of Research at the Start

シトクロムP450の中でも最も活性が高いことで知られる長鎖脂肪酸水酸化酵素のP450BM3に，長鎖脂肪酸に構造を似せた「デコイ分子」を作用させることで，不活性な有機基質を自在に水酸化可能な強力なバイオ触媒系を創出するとともに，機械学習による構造活性相関の解明と予知を実現する．本申請課題では，新規デコイ分子とP450BM3変異体を開発するとともに，全自動酵素活性評価システムや全自動微結晶構造解析システムと連携させることにより、デコイ分子の結合を含めたP450BM3の構造活性相関の解明と予知を実現する．
