Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では社会行動課題を用い、1)社会行動中のヒトが、複数のゴールを重み付けし、意思決定する脳ダイナミクスを、行動選択、反応時間、顔面表出、皮膚温度、眼球運動、心拍を含む多次元脳動態の解析に基づきモデル化することで解明する。さらに、2) 深部刺激が可能なdouble-cone coilによるTMS、集束超音波刺激、DecNef法に基づく脳活動操作実験を行い、多次元脳動態と社会行動変容の因果関係を示す。また、3) ヒトとの相同課題を用いてマカクザルが示す社会行動における行動変容を解析・操作することで、細胞レベルでの脳動態を明らかにする。
