Outline of Research at the Start	フォトニクス系のシステムはレーザーの高速駆動や広帯域性を活用した超高速の機能実現を可能とし、光カオスでの光の高帯域性の極限性能を活かし毎秒1000億個に達する高速意思決定の基本性能が示されるなどしている。一方、現在の情報処理の多くを担っているマイクロプロセッサ等は集積電子デバイス技術を中心としたエレクトロニクスを基礎としているが、フォトニクスとエレクトロニクスのインターフェースや連携については充分に研究開発が進んでいるとはいえない。本研究では、高速アナログ信号処理技術を展開し、フォトニクスとエレクトロニクスをボトルネックなく接合する革新的新技術の開発を目指す。
