Outline of Research at the Start

人類が手にした化学物質は元素の膨大な組み合わせ（巨大化学空間）のごく一部に過ぎず、未踏の領域を多く残している。本提案では、巨大化学空間を効率的な探索を目的として、自動合成ロボットシステムの構築を行う。具体的には、自動合成ロボットに対して種々の分析装置を直接接続し、自動的な合成、生成物の構造確認及び物性測定を連続して行い、自動実験の結果について情報科学／理論化学用いて解析することで、自律的に目的とする性質を有する新規化合物を創出するシステムの開発を目指す。
