Outline of Research at the Start

研究代表者の南を中心に構成されるA01班では、細胞 (=ミクロ) から海洋 (=マクロ) に渡る水環境下でのスケール横断分析を目指して、1)水環境に存在する多数の薬剤を同時に捕捉するための人工レセプタの設計・合成、2)アレイ化による多成分同時検出、3)パターン認識を用いた化合物群・化学種の分類と予測に取り組む。
