Outline of Research at the Start

新たな学問領域である「統合生物考古学」を構築するために、本計画研究では食生態と社会組織の統合に必要である先史時代の食性と移動を明らかにする。他班より研究資料の提供を受け、資料の年代測定および炭素・窒素同位体分析、ストロンチウム同位体分析を行い、その結果をそれぞれの班にフィードバックする。班独自としては、各遺跡出土人骨について同様の分析を行い、あわせて時代差・地域差についての調査研究も行う。本計画研究が先史時代の食生態を明らかにし，他班の先史社会の研究成果と統合することで，研究項目A「日本列島域における先史人類社会の分析」へと貢献する。
