Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、分子が集合してメゾ構造体に至る反応経路を粗視化分子動力学法と代表が開発してきた構造サンプリング法を用いて解明しメゾヒエラルキー物質の分子設計指針を与える。また、その自由エネルギー安定性や構造遷移キネティクスの速度定数を算出する。物質光強結合系に対して、現在ではパラメータによって記述されているさまざまな制御因子（光・電場・力）の分子論的な導出を行う。上記の研究を統合して、メゾヒエラルキー理論を確立する。
