Outline of Research at the Start

冬眠・休眠状態の哺乳類では、臓器障害なく安定して低代謝・低体温状態を「拡張された代謝恒常性」として維持することができる。冬眠・休眠における新しい恒常性への移行には多臓器にまたがる代謝制御機構が関与していると考えられる。それぞれの臓器における代謝は、代謝物（メタボローム）だけでなく、ゲノム・エピゲノム・トランスクリプトーム・プロテオームの各階層を介したオミクス階層が密接に連動したトランスオミクスネットワークにより制御されている。そこで、本研究では冬眠・休眠における多臓器連関代謝恒常性制御機構をトラスオミクス解析により明らかにする。
