Outline of Research at the Start	生殖ライフスパンに関わる組織では、多様な細胞の相互作用によって胚発生や器官形成、配偶子形成が進行する。しかしながら、生殖細胞とその周辺の体細胞、さらに胎盤組織などが複雑に混在した組織像を示すため、細胞タイプや時系列でダイナミックに変化する遺伝子発現情報や、それらの制御を司るクロマチン情報を解読することは容易でない。本研究では申請者らが開発した光単離化学（Photo-Isolation Chemistry; PIC）という局所トランスクリプトーム技術を発展させ、空間分解能の向上、全RNAの検出、さらに遺伝子の発現制御を司るクロマチン地形やエピゲノム情報の取得をめざす。
