Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、これまでに我々が独自に開発してきた合成生物学的手法を進化させ、応用することで、細胞外小胞や液性因子の伝達、もしくは細胞間の直接接触などに着目しつつ、細胞間コミュニケーションを介在する因子の伝達/放出過程を、網羅的に記録/解析する新規計測技術を開発する。これによって、細胞の適応多様性に影響を与えるような細胞間コミュニケーションを司る重要因子を、これまでにないスループットで抽出する新たな方法論を確立することを目指す。
