Outline of Research at the Start	ジャスモン酸は植物ホルモンの一つであるが、ある種の植物病原糸状菌はジャスモン酸 (JA) 類を生産することが知られている。しかし、植物病原菌がどのようにJA類を生合成するのかは明らかになっていない。また、病原菌が生産するJA類が植物に対してどのように作用しているのか、その生理的機能も不明である。本研究課題は、植物病原菌が生産する植物ホルモンの生物学的意義を究明するものである。
