| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では「社会・文化を原因とする差別や痛み等負の特性を軽減する理想的な顔身体を目指す」未来の顔身体の構築に向け、障害や死に直面した調査に基づく実証研究を行う。死者として存在するイマジナリな身体を、リアルな身体と情動を共有する過程として設定し、身体のインタラクションと顔身体が持つ負の情動を昇華する内受容感覚の解明を、アートやパフォーマンスに着目して進める。期間前半では、死と身体が直接に関わる場のフィールド調査を実施し、後半では、身体を通して結晶化したアートを通じて、リアルとイマジナリが複雑に絡まりあう現実のあり方を再考する。
