| Outline of Research at the Start |
特定の物質を効率よく作るために、細胞内では複数の酵素が集まり、物質を次々と変化させる仕組みが働いている。しかし、その詳細は明らかになっておらず、特定の物質を効率よく生産するために、酵素の複合体を改良する方法は確立されていません。本研究では、分子進化工学と情報科学を活用して、酵素の改良や新しい人工的な酵素の開発を進め、効率的な物質生産を目指します。
