Research Abstract |
An electron energy loss spectrometer based on dispersion compensation has been built for surface-reaction studies. The spectrometer consists of two sets of 90^o spherical sectors. In the direct mode, the detector current of 125 pA can be obtained rof the energy resplution of 21 mev.
