Research Abstract

前年度までの研究で,酸化物超伝導体の超伝導状態で,外部磁場HがH_<C1><H<H_<C2>であるとき,超伝導体の中にめり込んだ磁束ストリングの配列の模様は,従来の第2種超伝導体中におけるアブリコソフ格子とは全く異り得ることを指摘し,また更に,酸化物超伝導体中では,外から磁場をかけなくても,サンプルの中に自発的に磁束ストリングが発生してしまうことがあり得ることも指摘した。このような超伝導相をSpontaneous Flux Phaseと名付けた。YBCOの例では,T_C=100Kと見て,90<T<100(in K)で,かつHはOから200ガウスまでの範囲に,このような新しい相が出現する。この自発的磁束発生の原因は,エントロピ-を稼ぐ目的による。従って磁束はくねくねと曲がっている。またH<50G(約)ではC軸を上向きに進行して行く磁束と,下向きに進行して行く磁束が結合状態を組んで,上下一対の磁束が,たがいにからみながら,更にその対がまた,くねくね曲がっていることになる。本年度の研究で,この対の結合状態と,もう少し外部磁場が強く(50<H<200G(約))上向き磁束と下向き磁束とが解離して,上下両向きのストリングがくっついたり,離れたりをくり返している状態との間の相転移を明らかにすることができた。
なお本年度研究中に,酸化物超伝導の機構が,P波型電子対の生成を許し,パリテイの間題があり得ることに気付いた。これは上記の磁束ストリングのトポロジ-的諸相を大きく変える可能性もあって,本研究の最終発表がおくれてしまったが,解析の結果,本質的変更はない,ということがようやく判明し,こゝに最終報告する。
