Research Abstract |
This study aimed to make clear the relation between the care levels at home and housing problems for the patients discharged from rehabilitation facilities. We have gotten the results the problem of care level is almost concentrated at 75 years old over class and housing problems of the patients are specially appeared at sanitary spaces. It is important to plan to improve spaces that the patients discharged from the hospital are able to move easily and be taken care fostly, especially both-service. And we have made clear to be classified into two types for the patients to improve housing, that two types are composed by "Readiness Type" and "Urgency Type", differed from improving detail points.
