Research Abstract |
1. Pharyngocervical esophageal reconstruction by free jejunal reconstruction has been established as safe and excellent procedure. 2. Long distance reconstruction between pharynx and stomach seems to be possible technically. 3. Reconstruction using free jejunal transplantation has beat swallowing function among procedures available today from postoperative functional evaluation. 4. It seems to be possible to get better swallowing function by controlling the transplanted jejunal movement in future.
