Research Abstract |
(1)FATIGUE RESISTANCE ACQUIREMENT OF SKELETAL MUSCLE. Changes in skeletal muscle fiber construction after low frequency electrical conditioning were histochemically analyzed with an image analyzer. We found change of size and shape of skeletal muscle fiber cross section during fatigue resistance squirement of skeletal muscle. (2)BLOOD PERFUSION OF SKELETAL MUSCLE. Blood flow is one of the major factor of the function of latissimus dorsi muscle for cardiac assist. We cleared blood perfusion of latissimus dorsi muscle. (3)MONITORING OF THE SKELETAL MUSCLE GRAFT FATIGUE BY ELECTROMYOGRPHY. We developed the monitoring system ofthe skeletal muscle fatigue for cardiac assist.
