Research Abstract

1) Although the average of NK activity of regional lymph nodes was 10%, cytotoxicity of LAK cells induced by interleukin-2 from lymph nodes was 20-30%. The cytotoxicity of LAK cells induced from one of them who had lymph node metastasis was the strongest at the condition of less than 20 units/ml of interleukin density and the culture time is from 3 till 5 days.
2) On the subsets of peripheral blood lymphocyte, the number of anti-Leu4(+), antiLeul9(+) cells was not correlated to stage, but decreased at terminal stage. As stage is higher, the cell number of anti-Leu2a(+), HLA-DR(+) was more than that of anti-Leu3a(+), HLA-DR(+) and anti-Leu2a(+) anti-Leul5(+) cells were more than anti-Leu2a(+), anti-Leul5(-) cells.
3) On the subsets of regional lymph node lymphocyte by ABC stain, anti-Leu3a(+) cells were more than. anti-Leu2a(+) cells. Since few anti-Leu7(+), anti-Leull(+) cells were there, its cytotoxicity may be little.
4) On the subsets of 1-lymphocyte around the tumor, anti-Leu7(+), anti-Leull(+) cells were rare and anti-Leu2a(+), anti-Leul5(-) cells were internal and anti-Leu3a(+) cells external.
