Research Abstract

本研究は重点領域研究(1)高温超伝導材料を基盤とする新エレクトロニクス(新超伝導工学)の全体としての研究計画、研究者間の調整その他広報、他領域との連絡などの業務を通じて本領域の研究進展を円滑ならしめることを目的とする。
メンバーは上記の他本領域の研究計画から山下努(長岡技科大)、小林猛(阪大)および森末道忠(埼玉大)の3名、評価メンバーから坂東尚周(京大)、前川稠(電総研)、石田晶(NTT)および大塚泰一郎(日本真空)の4名である。その他に各研究班(第一〜第四)の評価メンバー計14名が所属している。
本年度は総括班会議と研究会が主な活動である。初年度でもあり、総括班会議は平成元年度中は7月17日(仙台)、10月5日(東京)、10月18日(名古屋)、平成2年に入って1月23日(東京)および2月13日(東京)の計5回を数えた。主な議事は、研究会開催とか成果発表など必然的に要求される事務的事項などを除き、大学におけるこの分野の独自性の周辺に関する議論および将来計画が主である。研究発表会は、平成元年中は7月17日(仙台)、平成2年1月23日および24日(東京)の2回である。都合3回開催の予定であったが、他の研究会などの重複の調整がうまくゆかず、実務的な反省材料であった。
個々の研究内容は各代表者の報告にゆずるが、Y系、Bi系にわたり成膜技術、成膜の低温化、CVDなど成膜方法の多様化などが進むと同時に、ヘテロエピクタシーおよび界面の探究、酸化物超伝導材を少なくとも一電極とするSIS形トンネル接合の試みをなど徐々にデバイスへの基礎研究が進展しつつある。
