Research Abstract

1.石炭構造中の官能基による水素結合,芳香族構造によるπーπ結合などの非共有結合を切断すれば液化反応特性が向上する可能性を明らかにした。石炭構造単位を架橋している共有結合の切断に有効なFe系複合酸化物触媒を設計した。複合させる担体酸化物の種類により,水素化分解反応に対する触媒性能が大きく変わることを新らかにした。
2.一酸化炭素ー水を水素源として用い,Fe(CO)_5ーイオウを触媒として石炭の液化を行い,純水素を用いた場合と同等以上の極めて高い石炭転換率を実現できた。
3.重質炭素資源熱分解プロセスを開発するため,水素移行能力に優れた褐炭チャ-に鉄触媒を担持すると,アスファルテンを100%分解しつつ留出油が得られた。
4.石炭液化油中に含まれる極性成分の構造解析を行ない,この中に含まれる塩基性油をルテニウム触媒を用いて酸化することにより,高い効率でキノリン酸,シンコメロン酸に転換することができた。
5.CoーMo/Al_2O_3触媒を用いて深度脱硫条件下におけるジベンゾチオフェンの水素化脱硫反応の解析および溶媒の阻害効果を明らかにした。この結果は芳香環の多い成分を含む石炭液化油の脱硫反応に有用な知見となる。
6.NiーMo/Al_2O_3触媒存在下で石炭とアサバスカオイルビチュ-メンとの共処理をおこなった。石炭が適度な熱分解反応性を有し,相乗的水素化能が高い混合物系で,高い液化活性の発現することを明らかにし,併せて高い液化活性を有する系を簡便に予測しうることを示した。
