| Research Abstract |
This project has been carried on 3 years, as the basis of necessity of estimating the minimum demand for water by considering sanitation criteria, corresponding to the condition of shortage of water resources and need to water conservation.
Water usage activities are hand washing, washing face, flushing, cleaning, bathing, cooking and so on. In this project, washing hand and bathing are studied mainly, after considering basic study for all of water usage activities.
Outline of this project are as follows.
1. Literature survay and picking up the points of subject for this project.
2. Questionair for the detail of water usage activities for mainly bathing and showering, and analyizing the characteristics of water usage.
3. Experimental and analytical studies for the behavior on hand washing, bathing and showering, by the examination of waterquality and quantity, atern of water usags, and so on.
4. Simulation and analysis for water conservation in the case of bathing and showering, and cosideration of basic study for the minimum demand for water.
