| Research Abstract |
Data from 456 adults indicated :
(a) Person's collectivistic tendencies are positively correlated with the person's affiliative tendencies.
(b) Person's collectivistic tendencies are positively correlated with the person's sensitivity to rejection.
(c) Person's collectivistic tendencies are negatively correlated with the person's need for uniqueness.
(d) Person's collectivistic tendencies were not found to be significantly related with the person's self-monitoring tendencies, perception of internal locus of control, or creativity.
