| Research Abstract |
This research consists of following three parts.
1, the theoretical frame of the "regional"housing
This part makes the frame clear,from the point of view of the planning system and of the production and provision system and of the system of housing policy. And we base the frame on the regionalism and on the housing policy in the local politics governments.
2, the development of the regional housing system
In this part, we inquire into the housing system in Hokkaido and Kyushu /Okinawa , on the point of view of their historical and social development.
3, the development of the planning system and of the production and of provision system and of the system of the housing policy
(1) the development of the planning system the regionality in the planning of house, the system how the agreement in the regional planning in house is made, the development of collective house in the traditional city Kyoto
(2) the development of the production and provision system the development of the technology in the production of house, the design system of "regional" house, the promotion of the timber and the regional housing system
(3) the development of the system of the housing policy the system of the regional housing policy, particularly the Metropolitan housing policy
