Research Abstract |
(1)Curriculums for cooperation between science museum and school education were completed. Each curriculum for elementary school, junior high school and senior high school students was developed. Based on these results, the educational activities by using exhibits and specimens were practiced. Then, each curriculum was completed with analyzing and considering these results. Preparations of the work-sheets, replicas, specimens and resource materials, each of them is for putting each curriculum into practice, could stimulate eager and substantial learnings. Especially, the objcts learning was very effective. (2)"Teachers' Center" that helps teachers make use of the science museum effectively was established throuth the process of this study. Showing to teachers video tape recording, literature and each curriculum could promote their understanding of how to use science museum successfully. Planning, design and practicing various trainings of teachers succeeded in promoting their understanding of houw to make useful teaching materials in their schools. From this point, it is necessary to make this system substantial. As above mentioned in (1)and(2), it is admitted that a new educational system in science museums could be established. In future, the useful reference data will be presented to other science museums with making them substantial.
