| Research Abstract |
本年度、独占企業(公益事業)に対する政府規制の効果に関する理論的研究を行った。とくに、公正報酬率規制に関する残された問題、すなわち、(1)規模に関する収穫逓増および、(2)投資に伴う調整費用を報酬率の算定に考慮した場合に、AーJ効果(アバ-チ・ジョンソン効果)が生ずるかどうかという問題の検討を行った。結果として、(1)に関しては、主として規制区間の影響を与えること、(2)については、過剰投資及び過少投資の幅を小さくする効果があることが明らかにされた。
また、これらの分析結果を1991.6にウィ-ンでのワ-クショップで報告した(神戸大・片山誠一氏と同共)。なお、レフリ-による審査の後、12月に最終的に受理され、1992年半後に、論文集Dynamic Models and Optimal Control(NorthーHolland)に収録されて出版される予定である。
