Research Abstract |
1. The benefit indexation should be done not on a gross salary basis but on a net salary basis. 2. The flexible retirement age between 60 and 69 is advisable and more work incentives shoul be given to those people especially in their early sixties. 3. Contributions from the semi-annual bonus should be introduced, while annual crawling peg in the contribution rate recommened. 4. The integrated social policy is required.
