Research Abstract

[1]強磁場下の量子細線におけるコンダクタンスー強磁場での量子細線の電気伝導が,端電流とバルク電流で同じように理解できるかを明かにする目的で,端状態の透過・反射確率を計算した.その結果,それがバルク状態の非局在状態で決まること,すなわちバルク電流と端電流が全く同じ結論を与えることを示した.コンダクタンスのゆらぎや分布関数も計算し,それらが系の大きさや形に無関係に,平均コンダクタンスなどの唯一のパラメータで記述されることを示した.
[2]軌道磁性ゆらぎー拡散領域で軌道磁性のゆらぎが異常に大きいことを示した.またポテンシャル中の二次元電子ガスの磁化のゆらぎがランダウ反磁性に比べてけた違いに大きくなることを明らかにした.
[3]量子ホール効果ー強磁場下の有限二次元系におけるエネルギー準位の統計性を解析した.ランダウ準位の中央付近ではユニタリ対称性のランダム行列の分布に近く,中央から離れるとポアッソン分布に近づくこれはランダウ準位中の波動関係の局在・非局在と密接に結びついている.
[4]量子細線の線幅ゆらぎの効果ーゆらぎが電子のフェルミ波長に比べてゆっくりと変化するような場合に,無限次の摂動まで取り入れた電気抵抗の理論を提案し,数値計算結果との比較によりその妥当性に示した.
[5]量子点における電子相関効果ー半導体量子点でのエネルギー準位を電子間多体効果を取り入れて計算し,一電子描像が有効な状態から電子結晶状態への変化の様子を明かにすることを試みた.
[6]量子井戸の遠赤外透過スペクトルーGaAs/AlGaAs多重量子井戸のアクセプタ不純物に対する強磁場下の電子間多体効果を計算し,発光スペクトルに特徴的な振動が現れることを予言した.
