Research Abstract

平成6年の特筆すべき研究成果は以下のようである.
(1)コリンアセチル基転移酵素と,シナプシンIIbの両方を同時に強制発現させたNG108-15細胞の株化に成功した.これにより培養細胞によるプレシナプスのモデルが出来た.(吉岡)
(2)ウミウシ連合学習に係わるタンパク質CP-20はSarlp(イ-スト菌Gタンパク)と相同性の高いことが見い出された.(吉岡)
(3)シナプシンのcDNA及びそれに対するアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドを用い,シナプシンIIbのニューロトロフィック作用(シナプス形成効果)を証明した.(東田)
(4)株化した細胞を用い,ケイジドCa試薬と膜容量測定法により膜融合過程が詳細に解析された.(河西)
(5)海馬の長期増強の成立にグリア細胞から遊離される因子が重要な役割を果たしていることがわかった.(工藤)
(6)中枢シナプスの伝達はP型及びN型Caチャネルにより媒介される.(高橋)
(7)シナプス前ニューロンの活動によるシナプス下膜の応答増という新しい可塑性の機構を提案した.(久場)
(8)コリン性神経終末におけるCaチャンルの同定を行った.(桐野)
(9)シナプス前膜のタンパク質シンタキシンに対する抗体が神経終末からの伝達物質の放出を阻害することを見い出した.(阿部)
