Research Abstract |
Syntheses of all stereoisomers of threoninol and hydroxyphenylalaninol from (R)-glycidol via an oxazolidinone derivative werer established. As a further application, stereoselective synthesis of sphinfoshine wes realized. A new phospholipase A2 inhibtitor, oxazolidinone phospholipid was also synthesized.
